We also know how hard it can be to prioritise your health, whether it's movement, nutrition or eating. We bring our members together in a support and accountability structure that will make it much easier for you to stick with your goals.
How it started:
The mission to get busy people active began with a frustration of feeling chained to the desk. During 2015, Annie Ross completed 52 sporting challenges in 52 weeks alongside her job in corporate banking. Over 450 people joined her on the challenges, which ranged from 5km swims and triathlons to hula hooping and roller blading. On top of helping busy Londoners find their fun in staying active, she is a fitness columnist at The Evening Standard and also writes for The Huffington Post.
